HP Acces Control allows the company protect confidential information, enhance device security and management, while improving company-wide printing policies.
It allows the company to monitor and control costs, track data by device and user, and modify user behavior to help reduce expenses and eliminate unclaimed documents.
It consists of: Secure Authentication, Secure Pull Printing, Job Accounting, Rights Management and Intelligent Print Management (Rule Based Printing).
All HP Access Control licenses are priced per device with the exception of the Job Accounting pack.
All HP Access Control licenses require the purchase of a care pack. The care pack and license quantity should be equal. Proof of care pack purchase is required for all HP Access Control upgrades.
LRS MFPsecure enables the customer to add non-HP devices to HP Access Control.
